The AHA Centre offers Deepest Sympathy to Hurricane-Affected People in the Caribbean

As a region that has its share of disasters, we share the pain of the people in the Caribbean, when the category-5 Hurricane Irma went through the Caribbean, and made its first landfall in the north-east Caribbean islands on Wednesday, 6th September 2017.

On behalf of the ASEAN Coordinating Centre for Humanitarian Assistance on disaster management (AHA Centre), please acceptour deepest sympathies to those who have lost their loved ones and those who have been affected by the hurricane Irma.

As a fellow regional organisation in charge for disaster amangement and humanitarian assistance, the AHA Centre is confident that the CDEMA would be able to extend support to the affected people and stand tall during these testing times.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the affected people in the Caribbean and neighboring countries
