CDERA and NERO will be holding a news briefing at 1:00 pm at NERO headquarters, Monday February 9, 2004.
Coordinator of CDERA Jeremy Collymore will brief the press on the results of an institutional review of disaster management in Grenada – it capability or lack thereof and what is needed for improvement in this area.
The review was conducted by Island Resource Foundation of Florida in association with Environmental Support Services of Jamaica.
The consultants will present their findings to the Government of Grenada after which the press will be briefed on the result.
