6.5 Magnitude Earthquake felt in some CDEMA Participating States

Bridgetown, Barbados, March 19th, 2016 (CDEMA) - A 6.5 magnitude earthquake was felt by several countries in the Eastern Caribbean early this morning. Antigua and Barbuda, St. Kitts, Nevis, Virgin Islands and Saint Lucia all reported that they felt the earthquake. The Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA) made contact with the National Disaster Offices through their Emergency Managers in the Islands who also reported that no damages occurred.
