The Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA) received financing from Tenth European Development Fund (EDF-10) - Strengthening of the Capacity of the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA) Coordinating Unit and Participating States for Implementation of Comprehensive Disaster Management Project and intends to apply the proceeds from this grant to eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of items for which this Invitation to Bid is issued. The Invitation to Bid, in English, may be requested by interested eligible bidders on the submission of a written request to the email address indicated in the ITB. The ITB will be sent at no cost to all interested eligible bidders by electronic mail.
